There is also an option to pick up your order at our Roastery in Richmond BC. Please note that this pick-up option is only available to customers living in Greater Vancouver OR if you are in town and can swing by to pick up your order. If you choose this option and don't meet the criteria, we will contact you to cancel your order and process a new order with the appropriate shipping charges.
We now have a nominal shipping charge based on your location. Please note that this does not cover all the shipping costs that Salt Spring Coffee incurs but allows us to continue to service your business efficiently.
- Lower Mainland locations – Richmond, Vancouver, North & West Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam & New Westminster: $15
- Greater Vancouver Regional District – Langley, Ladner, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows & others: $25
- Vancouver Island, Sunshine Coast, Whistler Corridor & Gulf Islands: $30
- Interior and other BC locations: $45
Wholesale Order Cut-off Time & Lead Times
- Our order desk is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm PST.
- Orders placed within business hours will be processed that day and shipped the following business day using standard shipping lead times.
- Orders placed after hours or on statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Vancouver and Lower Mainland - 2-3 business days
- Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands - 3-4 business days
- BC Interior and Alberta - 3-4 business days
- Saskatchewan & Manitoba - 5-7 business days
- Ontario & Quebec - 6-10 business days
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 on retail orders over $75 in the Continental US. For orders under $75, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 in the Continental US.
We do not currently offer shipping outside North America through our retail website. Please get in touch with us (call or email) so that we can find the best shipping price for you.
Salt Spring Coffee uses UPS and Canada Post to ship packages within Canada.
Tracking Number will be linked to your order upon shipment. You can find this number on the Invoice or Cash Sale that is emailed to your account. Additionally, you can also find the Tracking Number in your online account.
Shipping and Handling Time
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days for both retail and wholesale orders. If for some reason the product is unavailable or there is a delay, you will be contacted within 24 hours of ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact the Order Desk within two days of receiving your delivery if there are any issues with your delivery that concern missing or damaged product. Please be prepared to provide the Sales Order number, shipping carrier information, and photos of any damaged product.
