The next time you’re heading out on an Island adventure, why not stop by our Tsawwassen café to fuel up for your trip? All of our food is prepared by Savoury Chef, a Vancouver-based caterer that favours fresh, locally sourced ingredients and home-cooked meats. Let’s take a look at what’s on the menu.

Almond & Plain Croissants

Fresh and flaky butter croissants with sliced almonds and a rich almond filling (pictured), or plain if you prefer

Granola Bars (Gluten-Free)

Homemade granola bars packed with almonds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, honey, puffed rice and dried cranberries

Ham & Cheese Croissant-wich

A flaky butter croissant, sliced in half and filled with Fraser Valley ham and a slice of cheese

Baguette Sandwiches

Ham & Swiss: A freshly baked baguette filled with Fraser Valley ham, havarti cheese and vegetables

Beef: A freshly baked baguette filled with house-made roast beef, havarti cheese and vegetables.

Chicken: A freshly baked baguette filled with harissa-roasted chicken, creamy feta cheese and vegetables

Not sure where to start?

When she’s in the mood for a treat, our café manager Kelsey reaches for a ham & swiss baguette or an almond croissant alongside a mug of Salt Spring Coffee’s classic Sumatra.
