Healthy, fertile soil, we know, is the mainstay for any organic coffee farmer; ours, on the other hand, is the relationships that we keep with our partner co-ops and farmers at origin.
Visiting José Alfredo Zeledón and Zacarias Padilla in northeastern Nicaragua this past March (2011), we made good on a project that's been in the works for three years: delivering chippers to help make organic compost from readily available farming waste.
