This hybrid single origin coffee is sourced from a family owned farm organized around the El Arena reserve, in the mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua. Byron Corrales and his family have been using biodynamic methods for over 25 years. It takes patience, care and dedication to make coffee this good.

For washed coffee, all of the coffee cherry is removed from the bean before it is set out to dry in the sun. This approach reveals the true character of the origin and growing conditions. Savour this sweet and balanced coffee with hints of brown sugar, black tea and fruity floral notes.
