A Chameleon in Your Cup

This coffee starts off with the tantalising aroma of raspberries and cocoa. The first sips tend toward dark berries and a pleasant depth of flavour. As the coffee cools, the flavours become more delicate and tropical with notes of toasted coconut and stone fruit. This dynamic coffee does well on a pour-over as the paper filter and short immersion time accentuates its delicate, tropical fruit characteristics. For a bolder cup, try a french press to emphasise stronger cocoa flavours.
