SHIPPING POLICY | RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Free Shipping Offer:
- We offer Free Shipping on retail orders over $60 in Canada.
- We offer Free Shipping in Canada on wholesale orders over $400.00
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $ 15 on retail orders over $60 in the Continental US.
- We do not currently offer shipping internationally through our retail website. Please get in touch with us (call or email) so that we can find the best shipping price for you.
- Select the Free Shipping option at checkout.
- Free Shipping applies to pre-tax order total, after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
- Free shipping offer in Canada for both retail and wholesale orders does not apply to Nunavut, Yukon and NWT
- Free shipping in the US does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii
- If you require a guaranteed delivery date, you can call us, however free shipping will no longer apply.
Shipping and Handling Time:
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days for both retail and wholesale orders. If for some reason the product is unavailable or there is a delay, you will be contacted within 24 hours of ordering.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- We understand that sometimes you change your mind. Please contact us before shipping a return item to us.
- We accept returns or exchanges on most products purchased in our retail shop. The items must be in the original packaging and unused and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- We are not able to accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered or improperly used. If it is a manufacturing defect, products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Broken ceramics cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- We are not able to accept returns for roasted whole bean or ground coffee. If you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please contact us.
What is the return or exchange process?

- If the product is defective, or was damaged in the shipment to you, please take a photo and send it to us by email. That way you don’t have to return a damaged or defective item and we can help take care of you faster.
- We are unable to refund initial shipping charges, or those incurred by returning items to Salt Spring Coffee. Please use a tracking number when shipping return items to us. We will not replace items lost in transit.
