Metta Espresso, of course! It's rich, sweet and full of intriguing flavour.

Brew method?

French Press. My morning ceremony of water heating, coffee grinding, timer setting and finally the plunging of the French Press starts my day with joy…. followed by anticipation of what possibilities the day will bring.

Favourite time of day and/or place to enjoy a cup of Salt Spring Coffee?

MORNING, morning, morning... first thing in the MORNING! Sitting by an open window or outdoors reading a well-written book accompanied by a glass of a Salt Spring dark roast coffee.

What drives you and what you are working on to help make change?

Taking time to smell the roses, savouring the full-flavours in every moment... in this state creative impulses bubble to the surface... community, innovative creations, collaborations, independence, curiosity.
