Byron's Maracaturra, our seasonal Culinary Single Origin through my espresso machine or Hario Dripper. Occasionally my dog even enjoys cappuccinos made with Waka Jawaka (true story)!

Brew Method?

The Hario Dripper is great for naturally processed coffees and is a nice change from an espresso machine.

Favourite time of day and/or place to enjoy a cup of Salt Spring Coffee?

At home, before I even think of greeting anyone in the outside world. Usually accompanied by wife and dog.

What drives you and what you are working on to help make change?

Well actually, I drive a Honda Fit - it doesn't drive me. I'm working on recycling more items than the curb-side Blue Box accepts.
