Delivering chippers, Nicaragua

A practical example of the work we're doing at origin.

Healthy, fertile soil, we know, is the mainstay for any organic coffee farmer; ours, on the other hand, is the relationships that we keep with our partner co-ops and farmers at origin.

Visiting co-op Zacarias Padilla and co-op José Alfredo Zeledón in northeastern Nicaragua this past March, we made good on a project that’s been in the works for three years - delivering chippers to help make organic compost from readily available farming waste.
