The new Edible Canada at the Market is open to the public. The 3,500 square foot culinary centre in the heart of Granville Island is home to a vibrant bistro, an artisan food retail store and a full-service Salt Spring Coffee bar - complete with the first Stella di Caffé espresso machine in Western Canada.

Dedicated to promoting the best of Canadian cuisine, wine and culinary retail products, we knew from the get go that Edible Canada at the Market was the ideal first location to showcase not only our latest in season direct fair trade coffees but also our new top of the line UNIC Stella di Caffé espresso machine (for which Salt Spring Coffee has the exclusive distribution rights in Western Canada).

Pulling clean, crisp espresso the secret to Stella is in its temperature stability. “The espresso shots are off the charts and people can tell the difference,” says Joey Chase the President of the Coffee Roasters Alliance.

Local and visitors alike are invited to trial our espresso and drip bar coffees seven days a week from 9:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.
