Mickey McLeod and Robbyn Scott founded Salt Spring Coffee on Salt Spring Island back in 1996. Today, our freshly roasted organic coffee can be found in cafés, restaurants, grocers and specialty food stores across Canada. Twenty years later, we’re still organic, still fair to farmer, still changing the world. We think that’s worth celebrating.

The Salt Spring Coffee team has grown, but we remain committed to our island roots and pioneers at heart. We’re constantly pushing ourselves and everyone around us to do better, whether we’re forming fair to farmer partnerships with organic farmers at origin, pioneering environmentally friendly standards and techniques, or nurturing a team of expert roasters and baristas to get the most out of every bean. We believe in being better—and it shows.
