How to brew the perfect aeropress coffee
Easy instructions so that you brew it right, every time.
Boil 225g of fresh, filtered water and let it stand while you grind your beans. The ideal brewing temperature range is 92 – 96ºC (195 – 205ºF).
Use 22g of coffee. Grind fine.
Load filter, place aeropress on top of cup, pre-wet filter then add coffee grounds.
Start the timer. Soak grounds just until saturated. Wait 30 seconds. Add remaining water.
Stir at 1 minute and 1.5 minutes.
Place plunger on top of the aeropress. Carefully press for 30 seconds.
Remove aeropress, compost filter. Swirl and enjoy!
